Silvia M. Rogers, Ph.D.

Dr. Silvia M. Rogers, Ph.D., founded MEDIWRITE, a successful small company in Basel, Switzerland, in 1994. She trained at the University of Liverpool, UK, in the Department of Pharmacology and Therapeutics headed by Sir Alasdair Breckenridge.

In previous years, she gained extensive experience in key areas of pharmaceutical research and development, including project management, and has worked for several major pharmaceutical companies.

She has been lecturing on scientific writing at the University of Basel for many years and has provided extensive training in various fields of medical/scientific and technical writing and presentation. She has written many clinical trial reports, other regulatory documents, and scientific publications for clients in Switzerland and abroad.

Silvia Rogers has authored two books on medical and scientific writing, published by Springer, Heidelberg (Link)
In January 2018, she was awarded the title of Honorary Professor of the Moscow Regional Research and Clinical Institute (MONIKI), Russia.

Claudia Meyer, Administration and Workshop Assistance

Claudia Meyer has been working for MEDIWRITE GmbH for some 17 years. She is responsible for organizing the in-house workshops and preparing course materials for external seminars and workshops. She also assists Silvia Rogers in all activities in connection with the preparation of manuscripts and reports.
